I could not decide between two styles and ordered samples of each type. There was an internal glitch in the shipping, so the first order didn't arrive. When I reached out to customer service, my issue was handled very quickly and professionally. I was in constant contact with the customer service representative who sent me two of each style for the inconvenience The tiles arrived today, both packages and I am thrilled with the way my kitchen will look, if I can only choose one style I prefer.

Did not expect the quality to be so good. Excellent product with great adhesion. It is going to look fantastic in our kitchen of our last house...retiring!

This is my third purchase and I love the tile. I find the3x6 subway tile the easiest to apply and it cuts easily. Looking to do the area over my shower next so will order again. Very good product! Mary
