My shopping experience was great and so was the time period I placed and received my order. However, it was the wrong color so my project is delayed!

I would have given more stars only that the very reason I ordered the peel and stick tiles, I am not able to use them. I thought I was purchasing tiles I could put on my shower wall.

I ordered tiles for my backsplash in my kitchen in a gray. Shipping was super fast, and I was so excited to get my product so soon. But when I opened the box, it was the wrong color. I ended up really liking the color so I didn’t bother sending it back or contacting customer service. The quality seems great and I’m looking forward to having my kitchen remodel complete!

The first order was great, I extended my project and needed 10 more panels so I ordered another box of ten.i received an open box with two missing! They look great, easy to install, great for an RV.

First time I ordered in April a pack of 10 KN95 masks they the came in 5 days direct from China Held up well. The second time I ordered them I ordered a pack of 20. They came in 2 weeks from China. 17 of the 20 masks worked. 2 had slits on chin and one was not glued at all so not usable. But that was later in April after the CDC said KN95 could be used by Medical professionals if N95 were not available so they were probably in a hurry to make them these defects were missed in the process The third time I ordered them was over 3 weeks ago I got a FedEx tracking number said I would get them in 3 days. I never did a week later I get a USPS tracking number to ship from the US for the same order...Still waiting for the order delivery.. Now the web site says delivery from US. I guess my point is the masks are OK when you get them but in my experience some also have manufacturing defects.. So if you are not in a hurry to get just OK KN95 then order them. I have ordered from 4 separate suppliers of KN95 as well as this supplier was out in the past as well as while waiting for this order to come in. I in fact ordered from another supplier because this one was taking so long to ship (not available for shipment even though they had a shipping label for weeks)and come in the other supplier a week later and got them within a week and from placed an order from another supplier after that as well. This supplier Art3D is the only one that took so long and had manufacturing defects. Others might have better experience. If I had only ordered them one time I would have given them 4 stars as my 10 masks came on reasonable time with no defects. After that I had product defects and slow shipping to deal with. Their website not not indicate any backlogs when they happen which might be why they have chosen only to ship from the US at this point.

I ordered 50 surgical masks, 3-ply. The masks were delivered very very quick directly from China, but their quality is lacking. They are much thinner than 3-ply I have used and they have a faint chemical smell. I've checked; they are 3-ply. The masks may be good for dust protection. I am not satisfied with the quality of these masks but some protection is better than nothing.

I would love to have more options for sample pieces. There are a couple that I am interested in but there is no way to buy a sample. Receiving a 12x12 sample is nice, but consider cutting the sample size down smaller with the price so people like me on a tighter budget can order multiple samples to make a better decision. The quality of the sample is great!
