I really value this and appreciate it and changing my review as resolved with 5* I will purchase here in the future! ---- Original review: We placed our order (16064094834842619) in the event "buy 1 get 1 free". The website preview had an error claim the stretcher to be included. After the payment, I received an email to check the order for errors and to respond if an issue is found. I noticed the issue I immediately left 10+ emails/calls/call messages requesting the issue fix/cancel my order. No one picked my phone next days, no one responded to my messages or emails up until next Monday 5 days later that it has been printed and is being shipped with errors! After negotiation they let me make another order to replace this original order but for the "FULL PRICE" this time 100 USD more and smaller size. ------- Quality 5* Customer service 5*

This was the only source I could find for the Durer print I wanted - it's beautiful! Very clear, with sharp lines and bright colors, It's much easier to study and enjoy than the small book versions I was stuck with before.
