Beyond the amazing quality of the leather belt with its beautiful design and sturdy lever, I am most impressed by Arsa’s great customer service. When I realized the belt size I ordered was incorrect (too big), they were more than willing to help me sort it out. Thanks again!

Everything went wrong with this delivery, after ordering the product on the 1st October I have not received yet, also you don't reply any emails or inquires the customer has, because I've sent 2 Emails looking for help but it is just an useless method to reach to you.

5/5 Customer Service. An issue with shipping occurred and they took care if it. 5/5 Quality. They make the best belt for the price nothing beats them. 5/5 Effectiveness. I deadlifted 495 with it and I felt very secure and did its job. 5/5 Comfortable. The leather was broken in and felt amazing. Did not dig into my sides like other belts.
