I was disappointed with this product…
I was disappointed with this product overall. The recommended dosage was not clearly communicated in the marketing materials, and needing to take four large gummies per serving feels excessive. The taste is average at best, and given the premium price point, I expected a more user-friendly experience. While I understand the cost may reflect quality ingredients and effectiveness, the high quantity required per dose was ultimately a major drawback for me.

Cendrine — thank you for writing this out so carefully. On the 4-gummy serving: this is tied to the 5g clinical dose of creatine that the research supports, alongside meaningful doses of taurine, succinic acid, and zinc picolinate. Cutting gummies would mean cutting actives, which we weren’t willing to do. Some customers actually prefer 4 (spread through the day, satisfies cravings without sugar), but we hear you — we’re developing a 3-gummy format now to give people the choice. On the daily protocol — fair point. If it didn’t land clearly before purchase, that’s on us to fix in our marketing. On taste: most gummies taste great because they’re built on artificial sweeteners and synthetic flavorings. For a wellness product taken daily, we don’t think that’s an acceptable tradeoff. We went through 53 formulation rounds to land on a clean, monk-fruit-sweetened base with no artificials and no sugar. We’d rather make a clean product some people find too subtle than an artificially sweetened one everyone loves and no one should be eating daily. We’d like to make this right — full refund, or an exchange for our powder format (same FullDissolve™ creatine, mixes clear into any liquid, no serving size at all) or a different flavor. Whichever you prefer. Reach out directly and we’ll handle it immediately. — The Arq8™ Team
