Hi Jayce, We understand the frustration, but USPS handles all deliveries once orders leave our facility. Delays are beyond our control and relate to USPS service, not Aromatrail. For faster delivery next time, we offer Overnight and 2-Day shipping options at checkout. — Aromatrail Support

You requested a refund because USPS delayed your package by one day. Tracking showed Wednesday delivery, but you did not receive it then. We received your refund request due to this one-day delay. We are sorry, but such delays are normal for carriers, and we cannot refund for delays of one or two days. We offered to let you return the item upon receipt if you no longer wanted it, but you insisted on keeping it and demanding a full refund for the one-day delay in shipment by USPS.
