5/17/2025 Update: Aromatrail responded to my email immediately and resolved the mix-up in my order without hesitation. Their customer service was incredibly fast — honestly some of the best I’ve had recently. They shipped the correct item the very next day. I received it promptly, and once again confirmed that the batch number is authentic and the product is high quality. On top of that, the price was unbeatable. I’m looking forward to shopping with Aromatrail again for future fragrance purchases! -- 5/5/2025 I received the wrong item. The fragrance is authentic and has a valid batch code, and is from the same brand (Maison Francis Kurkdjian), but not the cologne I ordered as confirmed on my receipt. I will reach out to the company to correct the matter and update my review accordingly.
