I'm getting charges to my account for… absolutely nothing
I'm getting charges to my account for something I've not subscribed to. I demand the charges reversed. It's over $51.00 and happened for two months.

Pay Closer Attention
I have no idea how I ended up with a subscription to this organisation. I have used dating sites, and apparently one of them must have a connection to arnaziepay. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the subscription and cannot comment on whether it was beneficial to me or not, as to my knowledge I have never used it. Unfortunately I had several payments removed from my account before noticing the ongoing withdrawals - my fault for not being more diligent I guess. But the "subscription" is not clearly identified as an ongoing payment and, as I said, I had no idea of any additional benefit or service provided to me for the amount charged. I cannot recommend this product. I had no way to identify how or where my connection was made with arnaziepay as it only refers to "opting in to one of the online dating subscription packages" without identifying which one. I therefore no way to cancel at "the source". I have now cancelled with arnaziepay directly - but have had several payments deducted, for no discernable benefit.

I noted a payment taken from my account…
I noted a payment taken from my account of £24.95. When I contacted them to say I have not used their site at all and would like a full refund, they stated that the only way to get a refund is to log in to your acct,.use the my acct section and the "request a refund" form. The said it cannot be done via email, live chat or any other way. So, I did exactly what they asked. I get a reply after jumping through the ridiculous amount of hoops in the form to say that unfortunately, because I had actively logged in to the site, this is deemed to be my using of the service, which in turn now disqualifies me from requesting and being given a refund.
Now this is nothing other than a complete and total scam. How is this company, ArnaziePay, still allowed to operate and offer services to the public when they have set the refund process up in a way as such that the very act of logging in to fill out the form to request a refund, will be the justification they use to say your not entitled to one? Who regulates companies and online subscription services please, can someone give me the name of the authority overseeing these types of online companies because this is nothing other than a pure scam. I've reported it to my bank and as an unauthorized transaction and I'm hoping there people at ArnaziePay, who refuse to allow me to speak to a person of supervisory status or management, decide to contest it and refuse to give the refund because as ArnaziePay will know, I have the live chat transcripts, the emails directing me how to request a refund and staying categorically it's the only way to request a refund on site before they used the fact I logged in to request that refund as reason to now say I'm not entitled to one, please deny the bank the refund because the second that happens the bank will ask me do I wish for them to open an investigation to look into the transaction and any evidence both I, and this scam sits, can supply to support either sides case. I'm out of pocket because the bank ultimately allowed the transaction so they will be responsible for it if it's done to be unauthorised or any illegal activity connected to the transaction. I will be sending all my evidence to the bank now in preparation for their refusal to acknowledge it's was unauthorised and refuse to give the refund, that way the bank will already know when they reply to say how they did nothing wrong that actually, you absolutely did and this part is to The Company Directly. . . We'll see what the bank and their finding and ruling will be and when that happens, I'll be publishing their finding and outcome here and across various social media and feedback forums so everyone can see the process play out. I'll put what you said, I said, the bank said and the final outcome.
UPDATE: 22/09/23.
Okay, so I received an correspondence from site admin Max today. His email was nothing to do with the refund requested but he had sent the email because of my review here, of which he shows his disapproval by informing me that I am now blacklisted because of what I wrote above in this review and, furthermore, my debit card is also blocked which I can only assume now completely rules out a refund because that's the method any refund would have been made to.
I have advised Max that if he wishes to contest anything I have said above as not true or misleading, then he should report this to trust pilot who will ask me to show them evidence of the claims made in the review and if I cannot do that, will remove the review. I would strongly advise ArnaziePay site admin Max to use that avenue if you believe I am not writing an accurate review of what your company had done. Meanwhile. . . Still refusing a refund.
