Armstrong customer service is okay sometimes. Their communication with clients is horrible. They are installing an new fiber infrastructure and don't have the courtesy to send a letter to their paying customers to advise them that they are forcing them to upgrade, will be charging more including forced equipment rentals and trespassing on your property to do it. Their installers are horrible too and don't care how they damage your home. Really crappy treatment of paying customers.

I was receiving. Cards in the mail telling me they want to upgrade my service at no charge... I called to schedule a appointment and the man told me there would be no charge... When the two fellows showed up to do the work, they told me I had to buy a new modem... I told them to get lost...

Internet doesnt work for my business after I paid a bill. Ruined a whole day and set me back weeks. God awful company. Go thru literally anyone else if you care about your money, product or free time. They offered a dollar reimbursement btw that was the slap in the face. I lost out on $400 plus others clients.

Armstrong sent a letter to the FCC with a lie in it so they are permitted to lie to get what they want. I feel that something should be done with Armstrong and that they should be held responsible for their poor service to customers. The holy book says thou shall not lie, but that's not in Armstrong's book because they must be affiliated with the devil.

I have had Armstrong cable for many years and had NO trouble at all. they told me they are phasing out the DVR boxs i have and i need to upgrade to there new streaming DVR boxes. now i am having issues where the screen freezes with a buffer bar across the middle of the screen every few minutes and the people mouths don't move with the sound of what they are saying. BUT MOST IMPORTANT IS I LIKE TO SLEEP WITH THE TV ON AND IT GOES INTO STANDBY MODE AUTOMATICALLY AFTER A FEW HOURS AND I END UP GETTING WOKE UP BECAUSE OF THE OUTSIDE NOISE I HEAR WHEN IN STANDBY. I don't consider this a upgrade but a downgrade and the standby feature cannot be disabled.

This was the most stable and painless ISP I've ever dealt with. Except for some slight scheduling issues during installation I have no complaints. The internet was always fast and reliable, latency was always minimal, and dropouts were only caused by major disturbances that also affected other utilities. But by far the biggest point for me and the reason I am writing this review is how easy it was to cancel. There was no unnecessary questions or painful attempts to keep me paying, the customer service agent was actually human!

Horrible service. As a new customer I had my appointment for internet install for weeks. They confirmed my appointment the day before. They left me a message saying they changed it. Didnt even ask if the time or day worked. Of course it doesnt because of work. No care or remose. I will go with s better company.
