Garth
Have ordered from Armor twice now. First order was the original door reinforcement kit. Second order was for 2 homes. Armor Concepts has made the installation easier.

Garth, We appreciate your feeback on our company. We hope to continue protecting and doing business with you in the future. Thank you.
Matthew
Good product, easy to install, and adds extra security without being terribly visibly obvious.

Matthew, One thing we found after coming out with our first product, Door Jamb Armor, was how much customers cared about their door security as well as the look of the product. Of course we take integrity over cosmetics any day but we still managed to get our new product line, EZ Armor, up to par with both aspects. We are happy to know you are pleased with the outcome. Thank you for your review.

I ordered three EZ Armor kits for my home doors. All the info on the Armor Concepts website looked great, easy to install. NONE of my doors would close or open properly with these kits installed. The plates that screw on are so "thick" that it kept my doors from shuting unless I slammed them or pushed with all my body weight. This happened twice, I gave up on the third. Armor Concepts recommended "shaving" some material off the door frame.....I don't think so. They also recommended one of their installers try.....no one in my area was a dealer/installer, and even if there were it would not have been cheap. To Armor Concepts credit, they said they would take all three kits back, used and unused. My advice? Take the website with a grain of salt, it's not an easy install unless you have loose, sloppy fitting doors.

Michael, When we first thought about producing the EZ Armor reinforcement kits, we took many things into consideration but the second most important point, besides making sure the kits properly reinforce the door, was to make the kits universal. Unfortunately, not every door and frame will have the same outcome in installation time and difficulty. We try our best to educate our customers on our website before they make a purchasing decision. This process will be reworked because one failed customer is to many in our book. We are sad to hear about your troubles and yes, we are fully prepared to refund you your full amount plus cover shipping cost to return the product back to us. We are here to help people not to take advantage of anyone's misfortunes. If there is anything else further we can do to make your experience better, please let us know as soon as possible. We thank you for your honest opinion and we will strive to correct problems on our end so this type of customer experience never happens again.

I had to make some adjustments to the door jams, because if your doors are already snug things will be very tight. Didn't take much time though, finished all five doors in less than two hours. Doors are WAY more secure and I sleep better at night knowing that my family is safer.
Response from Armor Concepts LLCJan 16, 2015
Thayne, We strive to make our products as universal as possible but there will be doors that will take more time and doors that will take less time to make the installation. We know your family is in good hands with Armor Concepts products. Thank you for your support.
Brad
I have made three purchases from Armor Concepts and have all of my doors reinforced on two different homes. My wife locked herself out one day while I was out of town and solicited help from friends that were quite "handy" at getting in locked doors. They looked the situation over and told her they were not even going to attempt entry, that it looked tighter than Fort Knox and they were concerned it would take significant time/damage to get in! Even the locksmith struggled.
Response from Armor Concepts LLCJan 16, 2015
Brad, Our kits are made to do exactly what happened that night to your wife, make the door a pain to gain entry to. Think about how a intruder would feel coming into this situation with limited time and resources than your wife and neighbors had, the intruder would not be happy. We are pleased you were able to experience the protection of our products without the pain of going through a real break-in (actually a attempted break-in because they will not get in). We hope your neighbors took notice and go the same route as your family did, Armor Concepts. Thank you for your support.

The hardware was perfect!!! Nice job on the cutting, bending and painting. The instructions were incorrect regarding the drill bit size, which would have resulted in screws that did not "bite" if followed exactly. Otherwise, a good install. It should not be hard to fix the instructions, and I can't be the first one to mention this. Why not fix this to get 5 stars?
Response from Armor Concepts LLCJan 16, 2015
Marc, This is something we have not ran into since we have updated the instructions. Of course since this was an issue for you we will investigate it so future customers will not run into the same problem. We are pleased you were still able to get the kit installed properly. We thank you for your insight and your support.

This is my third order from Armor Concepts. Speaking of quality, their door protection hardware is much better than their competitors. Their fit and finish is top quality. I can say they are better than their competitors because I have purchased from another company and compared it myself. I would recommend their products to anyone. If they are good enough for me and for my family, it says a lot.
Response from Armor Concepts LLCJan 16, 2015
Shannon, Our products have come along way, from constant testing to upgrades to new products altogether. Our company has the only patent products on the market, which no competitor can boast about. We know your family will be in good hands when dealing with our products and we can not wait to do business with you again. Thank you for your continued support.
