ArkServers.ioReviews of arkservers.io

great server!

it's an ok server provider. their tech support is well... garbage. i'm not a first time server renter which means i know what's my fault, what's the mods fault, and what's their fault; but they blame everything on me or the mods, never themselves. realistically speaking; the only reason why i stay with them is for their ease of use on their mods and advance control pages. also being frame locked to 30fps is highly annoying when your pc can do over 200. been with them for about a year and a half now and i havent seen any server performance upgrades (such as higher fps locking, restart load times) which tells me they're spending my 15/mo on something other than their company and with god knows how many people paying that or more, some upgrades should've happened by now. all in all it's an "ok" server provider; but there are clear improvements that would grow their business should they implement them.

Great service, helpful staff, and their servers are top quality. They even have a discord if you need to get a hold of staff quickly.

io servers is the best on the net for everything involved. Price, Support, Server stability, locations, they don't switch you to slower machines after getting paid for few months and to boot, they don't boss you around like all other providers about CPU and Memory issues.... I have been with and ran 2 different ARK servers for long spans of time. I pre-pay for a year because of how they do business. Both times I have been with io, I have absolutely 0 complaints. Took me several providers to finally find io servers and I am glad I found them. Please learn from my mistakes and just go with io. That's my review hope it leads some of you in the right direction...!

14$ for a ARK server. 28$ for two in same cluster. I like that. Never had any issues I haven't been able to solve myself. Only issues with game's devs. :)

No hassle, fast server setup!

Great ping, excellent amount of options. While not the cheapest, it certainly provides the best user and administrative experience. Really easy to use and overall of excellent value. Fantastic!

Started an Ark server with them over a year ago. A Ragnarok one. Still have the server today, as well as an Aberration one and an Extinction. I had a Scorched Earth server, but with them getting ATLAS, I opted to nuke Scorched as it was one of the servers people didn't play on much. The interface is extremely simple, you can customize almost everything, ((Including events! Which my patrons really enjoy ^_^)), and their customer support is one of the best in the business. They don't charge an arm and a leg either. 14 dollars a month gets you a Server, and 60 slots, which in my experience, is some of the more generous hosts. Others charge a dollar a slot! So to get 60, full modding, and full tech support... Yes go with these guys! OH! They also have BACKUPS, which at only .50 per 5 gigs, ((Yep! You pay fifty cents ((.50$)) for 5 gigs of data!)) you can keep your dinos if say... an Alpha walks into your base while you are offline and and murders your entire population of dinos. Sorry this is so long. Great company, great benefits, awesome performance. Keep it up guys!
