The lowest price package is pointless The server keeps crashing when playing with mods due to it easily reaching the 12Gig maximum ram usage Thus forcing you to take the expensive package just to have a stable and playable experience

I have been using arkservers.io for about 5 years now. They have always been great at responding and fixing issues when needed. It's also my favorite layout for setting up servers breaking out expert, advanced, and mod tabs is so convenient!

easy to use and alot of the server settings is easy to understand and is written in an easy to understand way! I generally hate setting up the server settings since i'd have to google what each and every option does and to triple check i have the values correct. The settings have simple explainations of what they do and how to increase or decrease that specific setting

Nice service overall, the support and discord are useful, server has no issues, good choice of regions to host from and the interface has all that is needed to set things up for admins. The mod interface is perfect and the company is honest, refunding any unused time when the server is canceled. Really happy with them.

Strugled 24 hours to get the server up, but as soon as you restart it dissapeas in battlematrix and in ark, then you dont get any responce from the customer support. verry dissapointing

I've been using Arkservers.io for on/off about 8 months. My friends and I have always used them for our server hosting. Recently tried new mods and was unable to get the server working. They quickly and I mean quickly managed to identify the problem, rectify it and gave immediate feedback of what the issue is and how they corrected it. and I want to make a specific shoutout to Chris for all his help.

Easy to use UI, easy to use mods by just searching and clicking in the UI panel. Very stable servers. Costs very little for 60 slot ARK server. Been with them off and on for over 7 years. Easy refunds with no hassle.

I've been using this host since 2018 and I honestly love them, they're always communicating, have had no issues with them not replying for support, they also are transparent in things that does affect you as a customer in my experience.
