ArkServers.ioReviews of arkservers.io

I've been around since they opened up pretty much and they've been decent at fixing issues and increasing their capabilities. Lag free for Ark is quite nice. Can have people play from anywhere in the world it seems with decent ping. The price makes it 100% worth it. I will increase to 5 stars once some bugs are fixed and some minor features added.

This site offers a 60 player server for a better price than a 10 player server in almost all other host sites! They WILL make sure your server has enough resources to not be laggy as well. I have been a customer for around 2 years now and i will always be a customer with Arkservers.io!

Been wonderful since the beginning. No complaints here.

Easy to use server manager, fast and reliable server updates, and support staff is quick to help with any issues!

I've been hosting on this server for over a year now, and had no problems, there was just once that I couldn't connect for about 5mins and I didn't know what was going on. Support is "On it", meaning I usually get a response on any support question within an hour or two. A nice user interface, very user friendly for people that never operated or ran a server before, ie. NEWB friendly and "strong" enough for complicated configurations! I definately reccomend ArkServer.io

Had the server running for months! works great - awesome price only complaint...stay away from their discord - elitist geek community. was told "no one here will help you" by a moderator.

We've been using this as our ARK server for more than a year now. The setting up process is very simple, and customer support is easy as well! Would definitely recommend this server provider to anyone!

1. Selected America: I received Canada. 2. The interface was very confusing to me. Looked more like a webhosting control panel than a game server CP. 3. Price: $16.00 per month. On the review website it said you were 23c per slot. Correct me if I am wrong but $16.00 / 60 Slots = roughly 27c (Not 23c as advertised). 4. My server had someone else's name on it when I first got it. All other hosts I was with had a default ARK Server name. I was not sure if I also had there configs or not. Wasted my time having to check. 5. Does not have real auto mod updates. They use -automanagedmods which is an official developer option which does not scale well when hosted on a machine with other servers. It's slow and extremely unreliable. My mods were up to date but that is just because i had just installed them using the trial. 6. Discord server but no help from anyone in there looking at hisory people are always asked to look at FAQ or contact support using email. 7. Server was not very responsive and I lagged whilst testing it. I suspect I was hosted on a machine with many more servers (50+) instead of the normal amount which typically is 10 - 15 based on my past experience with other hosts.
