ArkServers.ioReviews of arkservers.io

Epic hosting

great servers for ark low ping easy setup great server interface and fast support on the discord from other users

Fast customer service, very helpful, good price, easy to navigate and change settings, highly recommended!

You don't support plugins. Unfortunately, plugins help to reduce the mod load on servers and make servers more unique. On a positive note, the servers are stable and easy to set up. I believe more clarity could be added to some things, including the FAQ's section.

ArkServers.io is one of, if not the best, server hosting sites I have ever had the pleasure of running a server on. The customer service is outstanding and there are very few crashes or downtime. I will continue to use them for all my ARK servers because they have a very easy to understand admin console, which makes configuring my ini a snap along with mod installation and updating. I can also schedule administrative tasks like dino wipes and special weekly rate changes. It has definitely made my life as an admin easier. I highly recommend ArkServers.io as a server host.

IO Servers has been great. What I appreciate most about them is that they don't have a sneaky "Prioritize My Server" for extra $$ option. You just get a good product, done. Seeing an upgrade for better service makes me very suspicious of the quality I'm getting from another company. IO has been fantastic and stable and is VERY user friendly when it comes to adding or removing mods. The user interface is also very clear and useful. Finally, when I had some trouble with Ark (which happens often) the support staff assisted me, easily walking me through how to roll the server back to a previous save. Would recommend.

good servers but are laggy at times.

The server maintenance, mod additions, and FTP were all very good, amazing service and cost-efficient as well! Unfortunately our group stop playing Ark and we pretty much stepped away was the only reason we stopped our service with this company... But overall a AAA+ experience, no issues at all!
