Without a doubt best server site I have ever used.
Started with a nitrado server promptly canceled because my ping was not great. I use this only for ark so rubberbanding was always an issue even with gig internet. After i switched my ping was sub 30 almost all the time. No lag rubberbanding or anything. Just perfect ark. Even with several other players server was stable. The customization on the control panel is easy and quick. Mods were easy to install. Even editing the .ini was no problem. I could just simply copy paste from Notepad after an edit. In summary, if you are looking for an arkserver use this one.

Great and Lag-Free
Great Lag-Free servers and amazing customer service. I've been with them for a while and their servers are cheap and effective!

Love the servers
Love the servers. Easy to setup, use, and maintain. The only complaint I would have is pricing around clusters. The price remains the same no matter how many servers you have.

I swapped to these guys a while back…
I swapped to these guys a while back from another service, and the difference is night and day. Their UI is excellent. Their customer service is good, though not crazy fast. The good news is that their servers are so consistently up and their settings are so easy to use that I've literally only had to interact with customer service once. It took a couple of hours to fix my issue, which is perfectly reasonable. I'm mildly bummed out that they don't have hosting for all the games I play on private servers, but for the games they host you can't do better.

Don't know why I would ever go anywhere else.
I have been using Arkservers.io for my Ark and 7DTD servers for a couple years now. They have the most comprehensive and straight forward dashboard I have experienced of the dozen or so different providers I have tried. They are quick to help on their discord if any issues arise but rarely has there been any issues that they were responsible for (WC patch issues are the most common). Love this host and will continue to use them for as long as they are around.
