I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arka. After dealing with a long process and a delayed delivery, the custom shipping boxes I finally received were completely unusable for my business. The boxes were improperly cut, meaning the flaps did not align, and it was physically impossible to fold or put them together. I essentially paid for defective cardboard. I immediately reached out to their customer support team, provided clear photos comparing the new defective boxes to my old ones, and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, they have completely ignored me. I have received zero response regarding this issue and am now stuck with damaged inventory that I cannot use to ship my products. Between the manufacturing defects and the non-existent customer service when a legitimate problem arises, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Bait and switch. They give you your first order beautiful, and that of course encourages you to reorder. Once you reorder the box quality is crazy and the printing is completely blurred and blown out. The first order I got beautiful glossy boxes crisp thick perfect printing. Second order SIGNIFICANTLY more flimsy box with TERRIBLE blurring. Im not the only one. Read the reviews. I tried to support a local company but to be honest the overseas vendors are more honest and take pride in their work no matter the quantity. Its better to order overseas even if more expensive at least you're not risking brand reputation. Invest in your branding.

Sample order and first order went great. Took the risk and ordered a bigger batch, and everything turned sideways. Communication was poor, the timeline given was off by weeks, and once they arrived I was very underwhelmed with the quality of the boxes. They were thinner than the previous orders. This may be great for other businesses, but my experience was less than ideal. In several occasions they told me I would get a discount for the inconvenience and nothing.

We have had issues with every one of our large orders over the past 6 months.

I have happy purchased countless times through Arka but this last order was very disappointing and frankly upsetting. I purchased two different size boxes. One set came first and I could tell the clarity, color, and overall appearance was off the second I opened the box. Many boxes also had jagged sides where it looked as if the cutter chewed them up. I messaged the company and was only given replacements for the jagged boxes because “I only purchased a quantity of five hundred and that’s the quality I should expect for such a low amount. If I wanted better quality, I should’ve bought more.” I have been a faithful customer for years and to hear that was extremely disappointing. Smaller customers such as myself are the foundation to any business. And again, I have purchased lower and higher quantities and never had a problem with the boxes. The second size came and they weren’t much better than the others and also came with what I can only describe as ink confetti on the boxes. I had to give the all a wipe down because they left my counter and fingers a mess which isn’t ideal when I plan to put chocolates in the boxes. I didn’t mention this to the company because I was dismissed the last time as being unworthy of quality. I will also mention that the wait times for getting your product after paying are atrocious, you need to purchase months in advance because if not, you won’t get them on time.

Not worth the cost. We were looking for a nice box to hold our client welcome gifts. The box was so poorly constructed. I would be so embarrassed to this to anyone.

Failed to take accountability for a significant drop in quality on a repeat order. Pixelated and fuzzy prints. Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly gaslit me and placed blame on my artwork & the printing method (digital)—despite the fact that the previous order, using the exact same artwork and dimensions, was produced without issue. Refused to process a refund or issue a remake, but willing to provide a discount code. I'm not sure what would give me the faith to issue another order when you've provided such low quality products and service.
