Arizona Go! took us from Tucson to Sky Harbor. The driver arrived 5 minutes early and the travel to Phoenix was smooth and pleasant - a good experience all around. More recently I booked service to the Tucson airport, but my travel plans changed and I needed to cancel the reservation. They refunded my deposit right away with no questions asked. You read about good customer service, but Arizona Go! delivers on that.

I had scheduled round trip service with Arizona Go, a few months back, and unfortunately I had to cancel my upcoming trip in August. The team got right back to me, and the refund process was simple and quick. I will be choosing Arizona Go for all my future travel to Arizona.

Greg is who made my experience amazing. He went above and beyond starting when I made the reservation. We had a few communications to ensure he would be there exactly when the flight landed. The ride was 45minutes or so and chatting with him felt so easy like a good conversation with a soothing cup of coffee and a best friend. I then changed my plans to come home earlier, and he fit me into his very busy schedule as well as followed up with me to ensure I arrived home safely.
