I own two bikes from this company (m-class and Grizzly), and the products and customer service have been outstanding. The delivery times were not great during the pandemic, but other than that, this company has exceeded my expectations in every way. They've cut me deals on parts, and they reply to their emails within 24 hours on work days. The bikes are among the best deals around.

Customer service before and after the sales was super, Friendly helpful and fast. My new X52 arrived in excellent packaging without damage and super fast. due to the weather I have not ridden it yet but it is beautiful.
