H1B holders - Never work for GC sponsorship at Argon Medical Device Inc.
For all H1B holders -Never work there for GC sponsorship (at Wheeling IL & TX location) because they will drag your visa period to be used or if it is short of H1B Visa then they will ruin by not completing your GC process. Why I’m saying this because my professional career has been ruined by stopping my GC sponsorship, which was promised before my joining the Argon Medical Devices., where I have resigned my full time job on only condition to join a full-time job along with GC sponsorship and it was agreed initially with the email interactions, (well I have all the email communications with me), where HR has been agreed to it after knowing all my Visa situation that was discussed with immigration attorney in presence of Argon HR and seeing this I got convinced to resign my full time job. Now Argon HR says, that my Visa got expired, I don't hold the job because of this, they can't continue to process my GC even though PERM is being filled 3 months ago and just need to wait for my result & this way they have ruined my life by stopping the entire process. This company is not a trustworthy and they will cheat you openly & surprisingly. I would recommend to all the H1B holders for not to join Argon Medical Device Inc., at Wheeling location nor at Plano, Texas location. Importantly Never work under Indian Director at Argon Medical Device Inc., because they are the most discriminatory person I ever seen in my life (who is a Hindu and use bad words all the day like f***k y**** in front of the staff) and also doesn’t have in-depth engineering knowledge nor have an exposure in the manufacturing field. I’m shocked to see him working on a critical roles.
