Well the over all experience was fine. Until the loan process, the customer service rep was quit accurate on the process to funding. Other than that the experience/service was fine.

I applied on 8/21 and was told it would take 48 hours to fund. I called everyday for a week to find out the status. They kept telling me I was missing paperwork, I would send it and call again. I finally received the funds 10 days after this whole thing started. Definitely was not a smooth process but I did receive the funds

I was told I was approved and would have the funds the next day. That did not happen I called and was told to wait another day. I waited called back told to wait again. Finally I found someone who would listen and they found something wrong and corrected the issue it took a few more days to get funds but the process was frustrating. In addition when I would call from my number after the 3rd day I would be passed around for 15 minutes before someone would answer. However, if I called from a different phone it would answer right away. While my other phone e was still ringing through the que. Interesting.

The customer service could've been better but overall I have no complaints.

Loved the quick service, but I was quoted 69% and the end it was 89%. Both are extremely high but very quick

I am grateful that we were approved for a loan with this company. but I had to renegotiate the interest rate a few times and still find it to be extremely high. People are nice and are willing to work with you. But underwriting are hard as nails

I have had loans with them before. So when I had some unexpected expenses I went to them first. I submitted all of my documents with my application because I knew what they needed. I was preapproved for a much larger amount and then approved for the loan within a week. However, it took 5 WEEKS to get my loan paperwork to sign electronically. I thought I missed the email so I called several times. I waited on hold for hours on several different days and at different times of the day. I never talked to anyone. I left a voicemail but never got a call back and the mailbox was full when I called in the future. I called the technical line to see if they were still in business. They said they were having some internal paperwork issue. After 5 weeks, I got the paperwork. I guess it is better late than never but I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.
