I was approved for a loan 2167, then I hit submit to try and submit docs and my computer would not allow me to submit one of my docs, so they immediately declined my app said i have to wait 90 days to re apply. Plus, they didnt even have my bank listed whenever i was placing info for my card. This place sucks and do not recommend them to anyone..

You switched loans on me. Then you offered to lower the interest rate. You did not do this. I have tried over and over to contact you with no success. I will be paying off the loan ASAP and writing to anyone I can think of to complain about you.

Not able to access my loan from the website to make payment in full

These guys wanted to charge an interest rate of 89%, my credit score is 630. I supplied them with all of my personal information including bank account and a copy of a check. I hope they are not identity thief !!!!!

Argon customer service is very slow! I never talked with a live person! It was done all online using emails! It took to many days to fund my loan partly because they said they never received my paper work which I had to resend then it took another 24 hrs before I was approved and another 24 before I was funded! I do not like there setup way of approving and funding a loan. I will not be using there service again once my loan is paid off! I will not recommend them to my associates !

I have finally spoken to a sane & fantastic individual by the name of Paula. Not only did she call back as she had promised, but she followed through on her word. She provided me with excellent customer service and was very personable. It has been a nightmare with this loan and not to mention that aftermath. I can't wait to pay it off.

I was approved in a loan amount of $5000 with Aragon Credit. The verification called ask me to send in a Utility with my name on it. Get an email the same stating it was denied. I tried calling on the phone for 40 minutes never got to talked to anyone. How can you approved someone signed all documentation and then you are denied. The loan was approved on 08/18/2015. And stated my money would of been deposited on 8/20/2015. Sounds like a scam to me.

It was very hard to get in touch with the person whom called me, he did not call back as promised, and I had no ability to provide information to assist in a favorable decision.
