I recently tried their discounted hash rosin and I see why it’s discounted. From their actual bud to their hash rosin. It’s all mid tier. Their discount program is the biggest joke you’ll ever see. It’s worthless. You literally can’t use it since they discount everything for no reason. Processing and shipping times are a joke. The products are garbage now. I’ve shopped here for years and this is the worst it’s been. They also BLOCK ALL negative reviews on their website. They only allow 4-5 star reviews. If you post a negative review on the Arete site, they’ll just block it. What was once a good company has turned into a horrible one. Only new customers think is good.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but sadly, the experience has been declining. They used to ship products in high-quality containers, but now they’ve downgraded to flimsy bags. The rewards program has also worsened. It used to offer more points as you reached higher levels, but now it’s barely worth it, with a 20% limit on how you can use them. Plus, they removed the option to combine points with crypto for better discounts—you’re forced to choose one or the other, with restrictions on what discounts apply. They also promised a physical 'Emerald Card' for customers who reach that level, but despite achieving it, I’ve yet to receive mine. While the products are still decent, the quality has definitely slipped, and they don’t taste as good as they used to. Discords a joke, they asked for an honest review there, so here it is.... Prices continue to grow higher and higher too.... I'll finish with saying the owner doesn't even use his own product....

Not only does their customer service suck but their cannabis products are terrible. They taste like they weren’t cured right, they’re weak, have bad flavor and some smell like pesticides. When I called about the issue they just brushed it off like it was my fault for choosing the strain I did. I’m sticking to my dispensary stuff that’s 10x better than their trash. Don’t order from this shady business.

The greedy group of weed sellers have changed their points program. You can no longer use all of your points at once. You can only use up to 20% off your order. Which means you will never be able to use all your points.. There is nothing free at Arete hemp.. I will never buy from them again.. They can have the $70 in points rather than my thousands of dollars a year I was spending with them.. Try any other company.. This one is greedy they sell wet buds….

I was making another order at Arete Hemp. I was informed I would need to provide my DL#, SS#, and a photo. This wasn't my first purchase. I first contacted the company and was told collecting this highly confidential information was "policy". I then attempted to report Arete to the Better Business Bureau, but their request is not illegal. Their request is only shady. It seems Arete Hemp is creating some sort of data base with intrusive personal information no online vendor has ever requested. Why?

They baited and switched me. They offered an 8-item bundle, but sent only 5 of the 8 items. Caveat Emptor.

Do not trust this company! They recently refunded an order without my consent and took money for a cancellation fee. Basically free money. Also, once you order once, they completely slow down processing on your orders. It is best to just go to a local apothecary. Arete sucks! Trust me... do not use this crap company.
