Started off okay, gradually got worse in terms of service, professionalism, and ultimately flower quality. The flowers are showered in diamonds and cured, making it "exotic". However, after many personal notes and continued marketing emails I decided to join their wholesale group, despite receiving a bad batch of flower. The flowers came in yellow and dark green, this particular batch was obviously an old strain of old flower cooked in terpenes and diamonds to heighten it's effects. Overall, the flower caused headaches for our clients and continous complaints regarding this particular batch. The company hides the leader of the organization and has no store fronts or meet ups in their city and state. Beware, the samples are much better and higher grade than the entire menu of this company. It is a traditional bait and switch, a revolving door many hemp companies adopt during their ups and downs in a company. They have quirky advertisements and make funny jokes, but when someone says anything but the direct hurtful truth, they tend to deflect and the love lores handwritten in every delivery and boot licking text messages disappear you realize they are truly not good people.

Why am I paying dispensary prices for what is nearly gas station quality? They were hoping to boost their rating here by asking their entire discord server to leave a positive review, but I’m tired of staying quiet about this. Do not buy from these guys period(.)

I put in an order on Monday or Tuesday I have tried 3 times for confirmation they cashed my check and haven’t head anything from them. But this is only time I had problems

Not a good company! Not really verifying ages on purchases and my teenage nephew ended up with it! He is 17!! He bought it himself! He got way too high,and ended up in the ER. Something has got to stop with these loophole defying companies. THCA is weed, just some governemnt bs tittle as "hemp" so people like areate capitalize and unfortunately others pay the consequences. I've instructed my sister to file a report with the state and DEA but i doubt it gets looked into! If you gonna sling drugs, at least have propper age verification!

Terrible company don’t bother with these crooks. I never received my order and the customer service told me it was my fault and deal with it. Another order had powder mold on the $99 ounce. Be careful

Is been almost 2 weeks and I still don't have my order. It's been the slowest shipping time from compared to all the other hemp sites that is rather just order from them. Ihaven't tried arete. I thought i would give it a shot. Now I Won't order from here again if that's normal shipping times. I can order stuff from China and get it here faster. EDIT: It's 1/30. I ordered on 1/17. Still currently waiting on the package.

I ordered the Northern Lights “#5” strain from this company, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The product arrived extremely dried out and full of seeds, making it unusable for the quality I expected. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with complete indifference. They simply didn’t care about resolving the issue or addressing my concerns. What’s even more troubling is their apparent manipulation of reviews. Shortly after I submitted a poor review, a few glowing reviews for Northern Lights conveniently appeared, praising its amazing smell and quality. It seems obvious they are rigging their reviews to cover up genuine customer dissatisfaction. Keep in mind, I wrote a negative review about Northern Lights, and it never appeared on their site. It seems like they selectively filter reviews and don’t allow many genuine ones to be posted. It’s sad and pathetic when a company prioritizes fake reviews and desperation for profit over actually addressing customer concerns or ensuring product quality. This kind of dishonesty makes it clear that they are not trustworthy, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.
