I feel like they’re missing the boat. I can get better bud for a way cheaper price, but I buy from them because I worked there and I enjoyed the people I worked with, but that’s really all they have going for them.

I believe the quality of Arete is pretty good and seemingly consistent, pretty fast shipping times generally but the prices are the main kicker for me and the loyalty program and point system could use some attention I've spent over $1000 with Arete but never get to use my points because they only apply to non budget items and 20% off a already $250 once really isn't all that great.... I believe regardless how my money is spent it ultimately should be my decision how I use my points and on what not red tape rules as my money wasn't conditional when I spent it and a reward is suppose to be incentive for the customer to come back not limit my choices and make the process annoying and not to mention everyone is on a Budget when looking to buy something they are just going to burn at the end of the day and $234.99 x16 ounces is nearly $4,000 for a pound I think the prices in the saturated market are a little unrealistic but the quality is undeniablely good purley because of the consistency of Arete service and product I appreciate the company as a whole and do believe there is always room for improvements but will continue to shop with Arete because of the companies style for a online retailer and because they put care into their product and customer service.
