Was a loyal customer until management pulled a "bait & switch" with their awards system. They started limiting how you spend earned points first by not allowing points earned to be spent on "budget" strains, then started only allowing points to total 20% of a purchase. Points earned through purchases should not be limited on how we spend those points. Because of this, I take my $$$ elsewhere.
