Never shipped my order
I ordered one vial to test shipping and handling. I wanted to place a big order but this single vial which said was in stock when I paid still hasn’t shipped!!! This company can’t be real. This is my order number. I’d like it cancelled and refunded AR-10143

I checked and we did not receive a support email from you before this review, but I’m happy to personally look into order AR-10143 right away. Just to clarify, “in stock” means the item is available to fulfill, but it does not always mean same-day shipment. We clearly list processing/shipping expectations at checkout, and smaller specialty orders can take a little longer than large marketplace platforms. That said, I completely understand wanting reassurance before placing a larger order.
