Took forever to ship
Took forever to respond, takes forever to ship. sorry not 3 weeks 2 and a half check my math Jan 27 suppose to receive feb 12.

Ah Jake, We love our customers. We really do. In this case, it's best to let your own words speak for themselves. It's unfortunate that we were unable to explain why something ordered just "last week" physically can't be shipped "3 weeks ago". You placed your order on January 31st - at 6:45 pm in the evening. We arrived to work on Monday the 3rd and shipped your frame on the 5th. We always print and ship orders within 3-4 business days- just like we did yours. You could have also opted for a Same Day Turn or Expedited shipping... maybe next time. Really glad you enjoy the quality of the screens though!
