Hi Brandon! We know it can be confusing when first using our screens; especially if all you are familiar with is traditional mesh and chemical emulsion. The pink coating on your screen is not emulsion. The emulsion in our thermal mesh is actually woven into the fiber when the rolls are made. Because your image was a vector file, we applied pink screen hardener to the printable area only. It's not meant to look sexy. It's meant to ensure your screen lasts for 3,500+ pulls. That's all. We're hoping you actually printed with the screen and didn't simply discriminate on first look because the mesh is clear? Usually when clients go quiet after complaining about the initial unboxing it's because they printed with screen and quickly realized that they actually received a perfectly burned screen done right ;-) - Team Arena

Sorry about that Teresa. It looks like we did leave out the painters tape with the frame shipment. We'll refund the $5 charge for that. We're really glad you liked the screens though! Regards, - Team Arena

Hi Cinthia! So sorry to hear you were disappointed! Next time, it would be best that you DO NOT approve the test print if image sizing and the layout is not what you want. Pictures are helpful but we work better with actual W x H dimensions. It's just easier to input values into our design programs rather than guess the sizing from photo examples. We really had no way of knowing that you changed your mind after approving the test print. If only we could have gotten an email or call we would have been able to make an adjustment prior to burning. At any rate, thanks for giving Arena a try and best of luck to you ladies!! - Team Arena

Hi Jesilyn, You are correct. You placed your order weeks ago. When Juan got sick with the Covid, a handful of days/orders fell through the cracks and yours was one of them. Hey Nick!  This is very strange. We did review your order and for some reason you approved the print proofs we provided and OK'd the screenburn even though the final layout does look like a hot mess compared to the product previews you sent over after the fact.  Nathan will take good care of you- after all, we are the ONLY screen burn service in America that offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of the Anthem Screen Print clients that have moved away from traditional screen burns to our thermal screen burns absolutely love our screens.
