The bottom case of my FX is cracked and takes forever to infuse now.
The bottom case of my FX which was used less than a dozen times cracked and the machine takes forever to infuse. Not abused and still looks brand new other than the hairline cracks and not processing properly. Apparently the company went OOB. They did not respond to email. Not cool.

Ardent cannabis forces retail business…
Ardent cannabis forces retail business interactions to go through the Instagram app. I shouldn't have to upload a useless social media app that will data mine my cellphone to conduct a simple business interaction. I wanted to purchase an Ardent FX unit as I had found good reviews and it was recommended: now I will go elsewhere. I was wondering why I couldn't access the Ardent Cannabis website. Now I know Ardent Cannabis does not want my business.

They won't responds for warranty claims…
They won't responds for warranty claims or support at all. Not a single response. My Ardent FX paint peeled off after first wash and its now almost fully peeled off. Don't know if it's safe to use since no response from support. Cant get a new unit since no response from warranty. Cant even register my product. Do Not Buy their product. You have been warned. Almost ordered second unit with all the accessories. Im out of 300€ and they lost a lifelong customer. Nodoby wins.

Awful Experience
I used my machine once. Was great, super easy. I thought I’d love this machine.
Then it stopped working. It flips my breakers when I plug it in. I contacted customer support and they don’t do anything. Haven’t heard back in two months.

I purchased my Ardent FX in 2021 with…
I purchased my Ardent FX in 2021 with high hopes and excitement, believing it would be a long-term investment in my wellness routine. Unfortunately, despite only using it a handful of times and storing it carefully in its original carrying case and cardboard packaging, the unit no longer works. I followed all instructions, treated the device with care, and used it minimally, so to have it stop functioning so early on is incredibly frustrating.
What’s more disappointing is the lack of support from the manufacturer. I reached out to customer service to explain the issue, hoping for a solution or at least a gesture of goodwill — even a discount toward a replacement would have been appreciated. Instead, I received no resolution, no troubleshooting guidance, and no consideration for being a long-term customer who invested in their product in good faith.
After researching online, I realized I’m not alone. Numerous users have expressed frustration over the Ardent FX’s short lifespan:
• “Stopped working after just 5 uses. For such a high-priced device, I expected better quality.”
• “It’s a great idea in theory, but it just doesn’t hold up. Mine didn’t last even a year.”
• “Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I feel scammed.”
It’s disheartening to spend hundreds of dollars on a device that doesn’t live up to its promise and to receive no support when it fails. I truly wanted to love this product — the concept is brilliant — but the reliability and customer care are severely lacking.
I’m sharing this review in the hopes that Ardent will stand behind its product and reach out to make this right. Consumers deserve better when they invest in what’s marketed as a premium product. I’m not just looking for a refund — I’m looking for accountability and improved customer care.
Please do better.

Provided tracking no. but never delivered order
Placed an order during their "biggest sale of the year" and received a confirmation email from them on 11th April telling me my shipment was secure and providing me a tracking number.
A month later and I still haven't recieved my order, the tracking number repeatedly says awaiting ETA.
I have not had any contact from them to say there was a problem.
When I contact them about this, they tell me I should contact my bank and check I have the correct billing address. This is the same address I have had for 10 years, I do not need to contact my bank. I also checked the address on the order and it is correct.
They also accused me of not having suffient funds or having an inactive card, again non of these are true.
If the card was entered incorrect then the site would flag this up and fail the payment. But instead they confirmed the order and sent me a tracking number. Why would you send a tracking number if the payment failed?
And why would the payment show as "refunded" not "failed"?
Clearly this is an error at their end and they now expect me to pay an extra $155 if i want my order because of a mistake they made and the sale being over.
This sounds like a scam and they are deliberately causing issues with sale orders to try scam customers into paying more.
Such a shame because the last time I ordered from them they were great.
