ArcticgamersReviews of arcticgamers.com

Poor service. They took my money and I never received the comptrollers or my money back. I even filed with BBB and there was no contact. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ARCTICGAMERS.COM. They are ripoff artist.

input lag from controller, got it after 2 months. SCAM

Iv been waiting for 2 months for my controller to arrive and I still haven't got it. I have emailed arctic gamers twice and all they say is sorry for the inconvenience. And I didn't realise that they are knock offs as I have discovered on reddit. I will never order anything from their site again it is a scam I wish I had checked the reviews first

I would like to rate this experience as 0 stars. We ordered a controller on April 19, 2020. We have not received the controller yet and the shipping status has not changed for the past 2 weeks. I am beginning to wonder if we will ever see it.
