It's a young company, which I think is a good thing in this case. I had a very hands-on, personal experience with them, but in a helpful way, without the aggressive sales feel of a lot of newer companies. The actual process for getting a loan is straightforward and turnaround times were quick. I especially appreciate their approach to custody, which creates a clear legal distinction between company and customer funds.

With the best customer support I've ever experienced, a very well designed site, and no rehypothecation, Arch Lending is a fantastic service! My only critique is (as of this writing) they don't yet offer automatic ACH pulls for interest payments - but that feature appears to be coming soon. I had not realized ACH pull wasn't enabled yet, but Arch's team gave me a very helpful warning before any fees were incurred.

The customer support is speedy and they walk with you through every step of the way. The website gives you full transparency of all aspects of your loan.

Very professional, easy process. If you’re looking for institutional grade custody and extremely fair loan terms with concierge level service ARCH is by far the best option currently, I searched 20 different platforms before I found them. It’s worth the peace of mind knowing you have access to real points of contact for service related questions, very transparent communication, a truly great company that cares about their clients.
