Instructions were clear and concise; process was streamlined for crypto-collateralized loan and disbursement was seamless -- just amazingly better than a traditional bank loan.

Arch is a very easy to use lending network. I was able easily navigate through the platform and borrow money from bitcoin fast, smooth, and efficiently. Customer service was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns.

Straightforward process. Only complaint was the ambiguity around valuing collateral in the event of a margin call. However with 24 hours to respond to a margin call I think that is a reasonable.

From start to finish, the onboarding steps and procedures were seamless and efficient. Mr. Mann, who I had a quick call with, was terrific and extremely helpful. Funding was near immediate. So far, so good. Looking forward to more great service from Arch!

Quick loan from Anchorage account to another secured Anchorage accnt against XRP. Seemless and communicative. Very high interest rate and their rates will have lower soon due to competition in the space
