Lack of flexibility with discount codes, advertising inconsistencies, shipping runaround. Made in America????? Shipped from China according to tracking history.

I orderd the sun catchers
I orderd the sun catchers. they pasted a picture of a raven crow onto a cutout. I am so disappointed. What a waste of money. The delivery took well over a month to get here. 1st tracking showed Italy. 2nd showed China. I would *Not recommend trusting them again in the future.

Received my item but took 6 weeks
Received my item but took 6 weeks. The follow up website seemed sketchy. The price and quality were good but would hesitate to order again any thing of value. I ordered 4 ornaments and love them but very stressful experience as with a 6 week delivery I doubted they would come, actually gave up and then the 4 ornaments arrived.
