Absolute scam. Took 6 months to review a trip cancellation case based upon a medical condition. Was eventually denied because the agent told me they didn’t have sufficient information??? After submitting the claim I was told they had everything they needed and should take a couple weeks. Never again. Learned a valuable lesson They never once returned a call or an email. I have submitted a claim to my state insurance commissioner

Not responsive at all. Very poor and pathetic customer service. I keep calling them every day for my motorbike claims and they keep repeating the same thing every time it's been almost a month now but my claim not going anywhere. No callbacks nor responses to any emails. Attitude is not less than preplanned scamming. Please be aware of such a company.

Horrible horrible company ripped us off did not reimburse us after my wife tested positive for Covid she works in a hospital setting and did a home test two days in a row and both came back positive even though she had no symptoms but that does not allow you to go on a cruise this was two or three days before we were scheduled to leave for my 70th birthday totally Bef the claim what was the whole point of getting insurance specifically for a reason like that so warning do not use these people it is basically a affinity insurance I believe in their own by the storage company so I can stay away from them don’t bother because I’m not gonna

Why is this company so bad?! I have never dealt with a customer service team as difficult as the one that operates at Arch Insurance. They have a disjointed system, they do not keep accurate records, the communication skills are atrocious (it’s like talking to 5 year olds) and they all seem to have a serious attitude problem (Paul in Colchester is particularly bad). I have been insured with this company (via a broker) for 2 consecutive years. We made a claim which was a very small claim with regards to damage caused the exterior of our property. This company has taken a year to process the claim (10 months of which was spent just trying to communicate with them before the sent out a loss adjuster!) and we we are in a worse position now than a year ago!! The purpose of insurance is to offer you the reassurance the company will rectify and replace damage / loss. Avoid if you want to keep your sanity.

Our store was burgled at night. Even though we have provided cctv footage, police reports and our invoices and answered every question they asked, 7 months on we are still waiting for our money. They have not answered our correspondence for the last 1.5 months. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Ditto previous review, they do not even deserve a 1 star rating. So its really a HUGE ZERO stars from me. They just have not replied to any of my communications... I have learnt not to use a broker in future

I would love to give this company zero stars but that isn’t an option. We purchased travel cancellation insurance for our daughters school trip. When the school board cancelled due to COVID we were told we’d have our refund within 6-8 weeks. 7 months later and were still waiting on our money. Arch is trying to get documentation that the travel company received refunds do that they can reduce our claims. We’re not entitled to refunds through the travel company because we cancelled within 30 days of departure. Arch refuses to pay out the claims and their customer service agents are rude and yell at you when you call. Their adjusters and executives don’t return phone calls or lie to you when you do speak to them. The bottom line is they don’t want to pay out the claims so they are doing everything to stale and find a loop hole to get out of it. We paid for insurance in good faith. It cost us $240 and Arch is not honouring their insurance policies. They are thieves and disrespectful when dealing with them. I will never purchase insurance through them again. If you value your money purchase insurance through another company.

Still waiting for our claim. They are blaming everyone else for not paying for our daughters canceled trip. Why purchase insurance if they aren’t going to pay. Very frustrating
