The sandwiches were ok. I ordered a light lemonade. No taste. Just water basically. Re-ordered a Sprite. Also no taste. Someone should due a sample test prior to serving customers. Disappointed.

I am reviewing the Wooster Cleveland Road Arbys. I enjoy the food, but have been very disappointed in this branch for a couple of reasons. Looking back into the window, I was able to see 4 workers and none of them were wearing gloves during the current pandemic and 2 pulled up masks only when I they saw me looking in so obviously they only wear masks when coming into a customer's view. The other issue I have is they also are charging about 10% more than the sister store less than 5 miles away. I will not be back here during the pandemic and I compliment the sister store on Beall Avenue for doing their due diligence during the pandemic.

The crispy chicken sandwich is cheap pressed chicken. It's not near as good as the filet of fish sandwich at McDonald's, which is airy and fluffy. It's bad.

Got the 5 for $10 deal. Those sandwiches are supposed to have 3 oz. each of roast beef. I took the meat out of each one and weighed it on a digital scale. They ranged from 2.33 oz. to 2.57 being the heaviest. Nowhere near 3 oz. The have the meats because they're keeping them. Store on Wilson Grove Rd. in Mint Hill, NC

My local Arby’s in Dover DE is awful, the last 3 times I’ve been there each time we get home check our bag always something missing, I’ve never had this problem with any other takeout, is this just random or intentional 🤔

I went to the Arby's in Moses Lake, WA. Ihad to repeat my order 3 times and they still didn't get it right. I got home to find out the cookies I got for my son were not there and my sandwich looked like a drunk through it together as well as the container it was in was ripped open on one side. It was a sad sight. I try to be patient and understanding but this looked like they just didn't care. Small business restaurants are losing out to this?!

I haven't had Arbys for awhile and I really wanted a Jamocha shake!! Got a classic roast beef (hardly any meat at all), curly fries (cooked way too long), and a shake (was terrible!! Whats with all the whip cream and chocolate) it was terrible!!! Bring back the old shakes!!! Wasted $10!! Not happy!!!

My Arby’s has excellent Customer service, and today it was great as usual. The prime rib cheesesteak, however, was a disastrous mound of glop. It had no flavor, the texture was like baby food, as if the cheese, meat and peppers had been in a blender before being poured onto the bun. In the future, I will stick to my two favorites, a plain roast beef sandwich or turkey gyro. They’ve always been very tasty.
