I tried the new Diablo Dare and it was anything but hot. I don't know why they gave me a shake it was pointless. I enjoy really extremely hot food but the sandwich had extra sauce and still no heat. It was a 2 out of 10 for heat. The Louisiana hot sauce is hotter than the sandwich I ate. In terms of taste I think it's a 7 out 10 for me.

Always get greasy fries, have to repeatedly make sure the order is done correctly, especially in the drive through. I can't understand why Sylacauga, Al. Arby's can not get things right or at least try to improve.

Taking delivery from Calcutta, OH, and ordered for two people. The drinks we'd ordered had tape over the seal that would not be removed cleanly, making the straw useless, and delivery made drink types extremely limited on top of that. Both our sandwiches were extremely loose and over-sauced, making the meat mushy and causing the buns to outright tear and spill out - a good half of mine would have hit the floor if not for its cardboard packaging. The fries were all soggy and poorly packed, with several of the wrong fry type mixed into our packs, and the smaller order of fries were only half-filled. For a fast food meal that costs as much as this place tends to charge, the food's quality is overall just very poor. I wouldn't dare recommend this to another person.

Missed ingredients on my sandwich that I paid for. Get home and it's PLAIN! They didn't give me a reciept so I couldn't even go back to make it right. Spent ove 25 bucks for food I wasn't happy with. Store 405

I was at Arby's in Gahanna Ohio it took half my lunch break to go through the drive-thru and they did not give me the proper change back even after I told them it was wrong so I just left it was horrible

I recently stopped eating meat. I know Arby's is all about the "meats" but I shouldn't be punished just because I don't eat it? I ordered a market fresh wrap and asked for no meat and extra veggies. I was charged "extra" because I had the vegetables added?? I said but I didn't order meat? The manager said her inventory would be off if she didn't up charge me? I said well, your meat inventory is gonna be off to because I didn't get any? Maybe should deduct from the cost for that???? Also, the prices just went up AGAIN. From now on, if I don't have a coupon, I won't be going!

I have NEVER eaten at Arby's in my life. However, a new one was built nearby and I saw an ad for the "limited time only" cheese steak. I went inside to see the interior of the business. 2 customers in front of me were looking in the back for a cashier to take their order. The drive thru had 6 cars in it. After about two minutes, a cashier, Tonya, took their order. I was next and explained that I was a "first timer" and wanted to try the cheese steak. I ordered the spicy one and asked what they put on it to make it spicy. I was told a BBQ sauce. $5.99 plus tax for sandwich only! The couple after me had coupons and were trying to decide what they wanted. After they had each decided what they wanted that was available on the coupon sheet they tried to order a sandwich with cheddar cheese. Nope, Tonya said that they were out of cheddar. Next, they decided on a plan B selection. They tried to order another sandwich, I couldn't hear which, but I heard Tonya say to them that they were out of that sauce too! I took my sandwich home, opened it up and inspected it to see if Arby's really "had the meat?! My sandwich was adequately mixed with onions and peppers and a "decent" amount of meat. However, the added BBQ sauce was heavily applied to the sandwich at the fold and it was overpowering, not spicy. It should be called the BBQ cheese steak! Soggy bun and over-sauced. I won't be back and as previous reviews have noted, evidently running low on cheese and additives is not uncommon at this chain. Waste of $5.99! Store #08197
