The man who was helping take orders on the speaker was extremely rude to everyone that came through. He was yelling "I can't hear you speak up", in a nasty rude way I didnt get his name an will probably not be going back to arby's from being scared to order.

Would have given a zero rating of I could. My husband and I went to the Arbys @5350 Harry Hines Blvd in Dallas. We don't live here and had to research the closest location. It was a little after 8p and the closest was 6.5 miles off the highway. We pulled up to the drive through and there were two employees sitting there smoking. The female immediately yelled out, "We're closed". I responded that the website said they were open until nine and out was only 8:15. The male yelled "Go to Burger King", which was across the street. We eat at Arbys where we live and have always gotten great service and food. My husband yelled back at them and we pulled across the street to look for another place to eat. We looked up and the male had crossed the street and was coming toward us. I felt threatened so we pulled away. Don't go to this location. The WORST experience EVER

835 E Bell location today, handled food, bagged, and handed out without gloves or protection!! Handled money, phone, headset, clothes, counter, observed no handwashing either! Then food was cold, beef tough, fries petrified, awful experience! Praying we don't get sick, and won't be back!

Me and my husband bought a brown sugar bacon for me but when I take a bite its cold and not good. I dont even see a bacon and I only see is the burned brown sugar. I dont even try to buy from them again. I'd rather to make my own brown sugar bacon at home.

Just ordered a turkey brown sugar bacon sandwich from Arby’s in Salina Utah. They weren’t busy so that’s not an excuse There were 2 pieces of bacon and each Piece was 2 inches long. We had to open the bun to see if there was even any bacon and the sandwich was $6.50 Don’t waste your time or money

We have been watching the Commercials about the Fish Sandwiches. So we just HAD to have one. We stopped by Arby's and bought 2 of them. These were the most bland and yucky fish sandwiches I have ever had. They make them to look SO Yummy. They hardly had any sauce on them, we did not know we had to ask for cheese. So it had NONE. It was a little sauce and a little lettuce. It seemed to of been out all day because it was dry and hard. Had NO taste to it what so ever. Just bland old sandwich. Never will buy them again.

Tried the new bacon sandwich, it's disappointing. Its so sweet it taste like someone poured brown sugar on cold bacon.
