I waited 5 hours to get the spicy buffalo chicken Strips just to find out that they got rid of them never goin back again🥺😡

Terrible the people there were not even paying attention to us when we ordered and they did not even get close to giving us the right food. Maybe this was a once in a million thing but the people at the Roseville Arby’s need to step it up.

PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE!!! THE NORTH ARBYS IN LOGAN IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVID19 HEALTH UPDATES AND STANDARDS AND HAS BLATANTLY SAID THEY WILL DO IT THERE WAY, AT THE RISK TO PUBLIC SAFETY!!! This my Arby’s rant for the North Logan establishment (if you want to call it that) The cashier was completely unprofessional. Told me if I was taking the risk denying this pandemic in coming to get food then that’s on me ( I thought I was helping our local establishments stay open, and that’s what I’m told!) This was after I asked if I could pay with ApplePay (one of the most no interaction pays of payment i think there is) she then took my phone, are you kidding me!!!? Every where else I’ve been to let’s you swipe your phone from a distance. Her response was “that just how I do things” she may have been smiling but it was through gritted teeth that sounded a ton more. This used to be a favorite of out families, but definitely not going back there for quite some time. Awful experience, and to top it all off I specifically asked if the receipt was in the bag and was assure it was. I drove a block and decided to check and NOPE, nothing. Had to go back and get it again. One of the worst experiences at a food place we’re trying to support our local food business and this is how we’re treated, not again! And lastly, do not let them take your phone, they can put the ApplePay unit out the window, they are just being lazy. If they won’t then say fine keep your food, I’m not doing currency exchange that way, you have the right to you health as well.

They forgot have of my order, I didnt get my matxarrella sticks and they forgot my sliders.

I wont even give it a 1 star on RT 40 uniontown pa they r very rude n no patience at all for the customers I had my food made all wrong n it was soggy no thank u I'm not goin back

NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS!!!! I will not come back until I see everyone with a mask on. I love Arby’s but I have no idea where these people have been or if they are compliant with social distancing!! They are breathing on my food!!!
