I went there for my lunch break and got a crispy chicken sandwich. The bun was cold. Chicken was dried out and cold. Cheese was not even melted and it has a piece of hair in it. I ask to speak with the manager and told him. I've watched him to see if he would say anything to the cooks but he didn't. So i ask to get the smokehouse brisket sandwich instead and i got it so quick. It seems to me their food pre made already with 2 alice of pastrami in it. I'm very disappointed . It was not worth the money i paid for. I did like arbys but not this way.

If I could give it no stars I would. I bought 8 beef and cheddar. The meat they use now is so gross. It tastes like shaved spam. I use to love arbys roast beef. I wouldn't even feed this over priced salted spam meat to my dogs. So very disappointed in the company. I won't be spending any money there ever again.

Sorry to say these folks can't count simple change, even with their computer cash register. And then, do not believe you, when you give them a certain amount of money, a 10, 2 ones and 2 penny's on a $6.42 charge. The cashier proceeds to give me some $1's back and I let her know, it should be a 5 and change, she then tells you that, she only received 11 dollars. I guaranteed her that she was given 12 and a penny and explained why I was so sure and she still insist that it was only 11. Goes to the manager and she stops everything while I am in the drive through lane, to count their drawer before believing you. Then gets offended because you mention that they can't count after a 2nd issue occurs with the short change the manager, gives you back once they verified the drawer was a dollar over. Lastly she will not give you the sandwiches you ordered, and she just bags, because they are offended that I called them stupid, which is an out right lie. Stating a fact that they can't count is not calling anyone stupid. And with this kind of thinking, I tell her, you both called me a liar, based on the cashier not believing that I gave her a 10, 2 ones and 2 penny’s. Insisting that I only gave her 11. Then going to her manager which did not believe me and counted the drawer before giving me the correct change of a 5 dollar bill and 60 cents of which the manager gave me only 51 cents??? Which leads me to believe they count? In Conclusion the so called manager did not give me the sandwiches, because of their ignorance, and poor money handling processes... If you go here, Good luck with your adventure, and abide by the sign in the window, “we prefer you using your atm or credit card!!!”

This is the second time now!!! I'm going to stop ordering from your terrible business. because i am tired of paying for something i do not get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taste is great. But when the price to feed a small child is $6.99, that's just blasphemy. It costs about $.50 to make a kids meal and about $1.50 to make a grown persons meal. Prices should be much less than they are.

Their pecan chicken salad sandwich they advertise is the opposite of what you get. A very small amt of chicken salad in the center of a very large slice of rye bread. Hope you like rye bread sandwiches because it is 90% bread. Very, very disappointed. I dont think we got all the ingredients they add because there wasent enough there to have all the ingredients. 2 bread sandwiches a good cost. Make sure to order a drink to wash down all the bread.

I will never go back to Arby’s. Service was great ! I ordered their Pecan Chicken salad sandwich. This was a joke! Got home and the lettuce was overlapping the bread so I said “ wow what a sandwich “ I started looking for the chicken under all that lettuce , none nada, 1 TEASPOON OF SALAD. Got so made I threw it in the garbage !!! NEVER AGAIN. Seguin ,TX
