I went into my Arby's here in Stuart fl on us 1 and the manager should be fired. All he did was yell at the employees right in front of the patrons, mean while the store was filthy. My shoes stuck to the floor, the kitchen floor had so much food on it. Front counter was definitely not disinfected, it was obviously sticky and dirty.

I ordered the new beer battered fish sandwich. This was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten. The breading was burnt it was the most sloppy made sandwich I have ever seen there had to be 2 tablespoons of tartar sauce on it lettuce tomatoes pickles the Fish slipped out between the bun all over everything it was just horrible I was very disappointed.It was really very overcooked and no taste.

The drive thru person had a crappy attitude. I asked for horsey sauce when placing the order and at the window. Got none. I will not return to the Euclid Ave. Bay City, Michigan location. Enjoy your COVID-19 nightmare. It's not all that's costing your loss of business.

A few weeks ago I ordered and paid for food (Onalaska, WI) which was delivered to another address and I drove to pick up and pay for a second meal. Tonight I ordered through a different delivery service and put special instructions to please include Au Jus. The Au Jus was not included and I made yet another drive to get the requested Au Jus, and was informed by working person that they cannot include Au Jus because it costs 0.30 cents. I PAID 20.00 FOR 2 sandwiches and only wanted Au Jus to dip them in. Maybe I'm too picky, but SERIOUSLY? Shouldn't they tell you in order to receive the Au Jus I just needed to pay another 0.30 cents instead of having to drive there?...I mean, what's the point in delivery if you end up driving there anyways? SERIOUSLY DISSATISFIED and disappointed in the "in store" service provided....won't call out names but they know who was working. All I asked for after making the unnecessary drive was Au Jus, but he need another 0.30 cents....boo Arby's.

Food is SUPER DOOPER SAAAALLLLTTTTYTTT! I'm done eating there! No matter what you order it's SALTY af.

July 3, 2020 I was just at Arby's in Joliet, Illinois 40 E. Laraway Rd. I ordered 2 chicken cheddar ranch sandwiches 2 for 6$. They had one person serving and running cash register while the other girl was running her hands through her hair and scaring her back. She made no attempt to wash her hands. So I told them I wanted a refund. I have a Food Service and Sanitation License. I should gave reported the place. I just will never order at Arby's again. Will post my experience on Facebook for everyone to see

Shake machine was down, they forgot my fries, and my beef and cheddar sandwich was luke warm. Not happy at all! Whoever brought our food out to our car didn’t say a word. We said thank you and he turned around and walked away without saying a word.

Went to our local Arby's restaurant today. They have changed their menu, but didn't bother to change their advertising. I wanted a chicken cordon bleu and onion rings. Both are no longer available. So I choose the bacon and swiss chicken sandwich. The chicken was a hockey puck, swiss cold and doused in a weird sauce. The only two sides are a side salad or curly processed fries. This was one of my favorite fast food places. I will give them a second chance on their brisket. If that's as bad as this was....I'm done. So sad because I was the customer that sought you out.
