There's something wrong with my sandwich..... IT'S TOO GOOD!

I just want to say Arby’s in Greeneville TN has the most genuine associates I have truly ever seen. I go there a lot which is besides the point. The starter went out on my car and I had to leave my car there overnight. Tge next day my brother went with me to get it started. It was so hot outside and my mother who was with us needed to use the restroom. My brother and I were sweating profusely but, it had to be done. When my mother came back outside…she had drinks in her hands. One of the employees saw us out there and told my mom we needed something to drink…my mother offered to go get her purse and pay fir the Powerades but that young lady told her no. I could have cried. The manager is beyond phenomenal which is no surprise he has such great employees. Great managers lead by example…this is proof.

Despite the limitations in the ordering process, he took the time to listen to my concerns and even went so far as to write down my name and contact information to explore possible solutions. This level of dedication and attention to detail truly impressed me. The Market Fresh Roast Beef Sandwich has been a favorite of mine, and unfortunately, the current ordering options and menu customizations have made it challenging to enjoy this delicious sandwich. However, KD's willingness to assist and find a solution has given me hope. I kindly request that you recognize KD for his outstanding customer service. His genuine concern for the customer experience and willingness to go the extra mile are commendable qualities that deserve acknowledgement. Please inform both the corporate and local store management about this exemplary employee who has undoubtedly made a positive impact on your customers. As a frequent customer who spends approximately $600 on meal delivery, being able to order the Roast Beef Market Fresh Sandwich daily would be a delight. While some apps have limited customization options, such as changing the bread, and others allow only meat substitutions, it is clear that the removal of this sandwich from Arby's menu was a decision aimed at promoting healthier options. However, given the current state of the menu, it seems that the absence of this sandwich is the least of Arby's concerns. 5/25/23 got home and found my order was incorrect. Called Arby's 1779 Gallatin Rd N Madison TN and was told to return for a corrected order. 5/26/23 evening, spoke with manager Erin, presented my receipt and explained my issue. She was very professional, had a great attutude and apologized as She immediately started preparing the correct order. I appreciate her caring and kindness, especially when she didn't hesitate to make things right. Hope I got her name right, good customer service should be noted. Thank YOU!

Every location has its own service crew. Ours is excellent. I like many of the menu. Items especially the reuben.And the brisket, turke and the chicken. I wish the salt level was lower. So I could eat there more often You can't fault the chain forv the individual restaurant's service

Arbys Bradenton serves best-liked sandwiches that satisfy the customers. Juicy flavors that keep you coming back again and again. Cleanliness, professional happy accuracy for the customs of all sandwiches as if each persons was number one. Abilities to go above and beyond to ensure best-loved and best-liked beefs. I wish you could add sides of deep fried mushrooms that beat the nearby prices. The combination of those with the sandwiches would only bring us back again. The team works the best.

I had a bad experience at the bastrop tx location. Called customer support and spoke with Sharon M. and she made everything better with a $10.00 gift card, apologies and a smile. Sweet lady she is the reason I will still go to Arby's.

Customer service was amazing! Fast service and the food was warm and delicious!! Extremely happy with arbys right now.
