9-17-2020 Bought the Ribeye sandwich at the store on Bartow Ave in Bronx, NY. It looked NOTHING REMOTELY CLOSE to the commercials!!! Microwaved TINY pieces of beef; dowsed with cheese sauce; bread was weak. It was edible, but NOT INTERESTING!!! I will never buy anything from Arby’s again!!!

Arbies lost a 20 dollar sale by asking me to round up 94 cents and they refused to round down 6 cents... Principal matters... I was told it would benefit some charity but Arbies wouldn't give six cents to it... Just my 2 cents worth Signed: a trucker forced to eat unhealthy 90% of the time

There were steak mixed with cheese in both sandwiches . There were no peppers . The bun looked half full . It was late , so we just ate what we got . The picture looked so good too . Roasted peppers ? None ! We always liked Arbys . The pecan sandwiches are awesome !!

Arby’s Barg’s Root Beer Was Poor On Their Quality, So Since I Can’t Enjoy A Good Root Beer With My Meal, I Am Leaving And I Am Not Returning! Scratching That Restaurant Off My List!

Last week-end I went to Arby's to get the new beefsteak & cheese sandwich. I even showed a picture to the clerk to be sure I was getting the right thing. When I opened it, there wasn't any peppers on it at all, just steak & cheese. My husband didn't even eat all of his and said he never wanted another one.Last night I went to Arby's to get the new beer battered fish sandwich. It was soggy & horrible. I won't be going back to Arby's any time soon.

Just like the post before I was excited about the cheesesteak. Mostly bread! No meat or peppers. I usually love Arby’s but was horribly disappointed.

After seeing the prime rib cheesesteak sandwich, I immediately wanted one. I purchased the sandwich and quickly returned it. The meat was hardly visible, there were no peppers or cheese. I showed the manager a picture of what the sandwich should look like according to your ad. The comparison was embarrassing to what I received. I told her that it was false advertisement considering her response to my complaint. She said that the meat is pre measured and so are the peppers. I was so disappointed that I didn't receive the same sandwich that appears on your commercial and your online ad. It isn't fair to advertise something that doesn't exist on your menu. Very disappointing!
