Horrible went Arby’s location 5370 north beach st in Fort Worth Tx the Sunday 12/6/20 around 11am the lady was very rude I asked her about an item she was very unpleasant and unprofessional once I got up to the window she handed me my food I told her thank you and she just closed the window the only problem she could have had with me was that I’m a black woman that was my first and last visit their and none of my friends will go to that particular establishment because the meal was for my white boss and I let all the staff know about my experience

The bread was not just of poor quality but it was also super old. The meat had a gross texture and everything was too salty. It is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I paid 10 dollars for a meal that is just like Walmart’s cheapest bread and roast beef. I could have just bought that at Walmart and spent just 2 dollars. Fries were tasting burned. Customer service was awful. Employees don’t know how to answer simple questions and they were in bad mood. The soda was AWFUL! I could not drink it at all. This is a rip off. DONT GO TO ARBYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money, time, and stomach. I feel gross after eating it. Any other fast food is better than this. I can’t believe people eat at this place.

Well I went in there ordered a couple sandwiches it cost me $29 I could have went and had two nice steaks for dinner with my wife instead I got Arby's thinking it was going to taste great the waffle fries were like hockey pucks french fries we're kinda ify we got the brisket sandwiches the only thing I could say she said it pretty much sucked yeah I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dog my dog wouldn't even eat that food do yourself a favor and go to Hardee's is way better

30 minutes in the drive through just to tell me they didn’t have what I want. That’s after I watched them lean against the counter talking while I timer went off for minutes. Don’t recommend

Horrible drive thru service, shorted several items at the latrobe location. Even worse customer service when calling, definitely will never go back

what part of give me some arby's sauce did you not understand

The woman at north Stafford that appears to be the manager, white female, eyeglasses, wearing jacket over her nametag, straight hair, all over the place. She was rude, name calling, and I thought was going to throw a soda at me. Has anyone else had issues with her?

Drive through. Purchased two classic roast beefs. Immediately what came to mind is the old Burger King commercial. Took a picture but can’t send it with this review. Where’s the beef! Never again ! Just threw away $8 ! Never again!-
