We stopped at the Arby's in Carlsbad, NM. It was the worst experience ever; NEVER NEVER NEVER eat here! We waited 42 minutes for our food (3 sandwiches and curly fries). Customer service was even worse and the building was filthy. We ate in the car since we were on a road trip and after all of that mess; the order was wrong

Haven't ate Arby's since i was 11. Arby's always been bad believe it or not. They always slap the meats and stuff on the bread without protecting it from falling off. The food is always cold and raw. Their costumer service is on god, worse than talking to my sassy grandma. I would not want anyone eat there no matter what location you are in. JUST DON'T.

This review is on the new martinsville wv Arby’s. I usually have lunch there several times a month but no more. I always get the same thing turkey ranch bacon market fresh and the last three times I have not gotten bacon on my sandwich if they don’t have bacon they could say that. These sandwiches are not cheap and I’d like the bacon or I could order something else

Went to the Arby’s on jasmin estates and 19 the boy I spoke to was rude and had a nasty attitude I got two jamoca shakes and 25$ worth of food when I asked him to check the shake mix he refused to change them out for what they were supposed to be I got vanilla instead and he still said they were jamoca because he didn’t wanna switch the shake mix I couldn’t be more upset with my order.

Arbys in shelby nc...drive thru is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! Every single time it's always backed out onto the road tried calling inside to see if possibly take out and it rang employee answered hung up so tried calling back and they took phone off hook while arbys is good food needs faster paced employees or something no reason to have to sit in a line for 45 mins or longer
