The girl who checked us at the window almost dropped our drinks on me. She turned around and started to talk to co workers. The food had been out under the light not fresh. I've been to... and Door dashed the Longmont, CO main street location about a half dozen times. I have never got what I ordered. It's not rocket science. I'll never go there again. I don't know who owns it but they have a bad business model. Arby's Corporate needs to do an audit!

Customer service from the beginning was rude when I asked for a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich I had ordered 100 times at arbys so I asked if they had anything like that anymore and I was told no so I ordered something else. I noticed a tattooed lady without a mask and a tank top serving in the area where food is served. I asked her why she is not wearing a mask while everyone else is and she got very mad and wanted to cancel my order and not give me my food ? She told me she was making food for her kids and that all video and audio was recorded that she didn't have to wear a mask or a uniform or a name tag because she was helping out to make the orders for her kids? Not sure how that makes a difference also she said they have no basic masks to wear by the employer? Very ridiculous 😒 Sorry Arbys but you made the wrong choice on this lady that you hired! This was at the kings highway location next to Culver's and walmart in Port Charlotte so you know. Very disappointed to say the least!

Literally never gives marinara with mozzarella sticks, even when I ask when I know they should already come with but you guys are too slow to remember to put marinara in the bag, I worked for arbys before and the first thing I did was put sauce in the bag.
