Cheap roast beef at high prices. Arby's used to be so good. Why did you start using such cheap meat. Clearly this is loaf meat and not the real roasted beef Arby's used to carry. So nasty I couldn't finish my sandwich. Bye Arby's.

Need to bring back onion rings. Will never eat there again till they do.

Ordered 2sliders and there was no meat. I have a picture. Wish I could post it

Crinkle fries in Scottsbluff NE were horrible they weren't even cooked all the way thru. You better go back to the onion rings they were awesome.

Food was good service was fair but when it came time for a pay and I paid with a credit card but not did not get a receipt when I ask for a receipt I waited 5 minutes and then was told that when we put the paper in it restarted so they can give me a receipt I still don't know if they overcharged me and for this reason I don't know if I'm going back to Arby's in Hinesville Georgia and when you tried to call the 1-800 number for Arby's to talk to someone about this you can't get through so it looks like looks like to me the only thing Arby's cares about is getting your money they don't care about the service to the people or the food

Purchased a fish sandwich, fries and drink combo At Whitehall Arby’s. The sandwich tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The ends were hard and the fries were lukewarm. Was very disappointed.

We went to Arby's on Hwy 70 SE Hickory NC. At the drive thru the female working immediately took our order. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the car in front of us drove off. We should have known something was up at the moment he drove off. Instead we waited at the window for 20 minutes and cars were piling up behind us. A few minutes later another car drove off. I tried calling the restaurant and after 5 rings it went to the fax machine. After 20 minutes nobody had came to the window to explain the delay or take our money. The dining room was dimly lit. The store hours written on the window said 10am-10pm. We arrived at 11:15am & drove off empty handed at 11:45am. We were very angry & disappointed with the lack of service we didn't get. Anyone could have came to the window to let us know what was going on but nobody ever came. The girl kept taking orders & cars kept piling up behind us! I tried calling the restaurant at 4:30pm to speak to the manager and get an explanation for my disappointing experience earlier that day & again the phone rang 5 times & went to the fax machine. I don't know about your cell phone but mine doesn't have a fax machine does yours? Crappy service, lack of respect for the customers and I won't be returning to that restaurant ever again & I'm sharing my experience on my social media accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google & every media outlet in my area!

I live in little rock Arkansas. I visited your location on N Rodney Parham. I order an Greek gyro. It look like someone just do it together and through it together and put it in a box and gave it to me this is unacceptable if I spend my money I expect you're high quality food and the side salads are not fresh..
