I decided to give them another try after my bad experience a couple of weeks ago. Really bad decision. My ham & cheese sliders had no cheese & my cherry turnover had no cherries and was hard as a rock. No more chances.

My husband went to get dinner and myself and 4 boys were eating, my sandwich was supposed to be without tomato so I took it apart and as I was taking the tomato off, a huge, long, what looked to be a blond or gray hair came out of my sandwich. I called and the restaurant and the MANAGER argued with me about a wrapped sandwich that came out of a bag from a car with 4 boys and a daddy who is bald. That’s BS if I ever heard any!! I will not go to Arby’s in Mountain Iron ever again!!!!

I would leave zero stars if possible. I ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich. It arrived with at least 1/3 of the bread not having any chicken salad on it at all. The chicken salad that was on the bread was mostly apple and grapes. A waste of $5.98. Store #06851, Hampton Cove, Alabama.

Posted hours match the internet, excepting (instead of 11pm on Sundays) the Dine In are 8. Sat yelling for service at the drive THRU, at 8:12pm. Drove to window and got a shoulder shrug from the girl working inside. Tried drive thru again then left. No cop cars, no crime apparently. This is unethical, wrong, and (I believe), illegal! If I could leave a -star I would. Arby’s in jesup ga is absolutely s**t every time I have been there they have never been able to get my order correct. The employees are always very busy doing something else, seems like just playing, this will be the last time I ever go there. I don't know what it is, but the Arbys locations in Tuscaloosa and Northport, AL need to do better. A couple weeks I was craving a milkshake, so I went to the Arby's in Northport. They said their ice cream machine was broken. I was like, that's possible. So I went to a location in Tuscaloosa, and lo and behold, their ice cream machine was broken as well. I ended up just going to the store and buying some ice cream. Tonight, I was hungry and had a coupon for Arby's. I went to the location in Northport. I was waiting in a line of four other cars in front of me. I was waiting maybe 10 minutes. I don't know how long the guy at the front of the line was waiting, but he had to get out of his truck, walk around the building to the window, and get the worker's attention. While this was happening, two of the cars in front of me left. I decided to come back after going to the store, just to try again. I was the only one in line and waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. And then they tell me they can't do drinks. I passed and just left. It was pointless by that time. It seems these locations need to invest in better machines. The ice cream machines I can understand (although it's kind of odd that two locations close to each other both had broken machines); they also need to get better employees.

They need double the orders. I live to far to come back. They forgot 2 two of my sandwiches.
