I’m a little confused why Arby’s would get rid of potato cakes and replace with fries! Everyone has fries! You lost a customer!

Arby's was my favorite place to eat until I found out they removed the Potato cakes. I wont eat there again. Potato cakes are a part of Arby's. That would like removing the signature sauce. I tried Arbys fries for the first time today and nope. Not any good. Bring back the cakes.

Yeah, the Pecan Chicken Salad is back - tried both wrap & sandwich. Very disappointing the amount of chicken salad on both. Wrong size of scoop being used?? Lots of lettuce & bread or tortilla - both of which are good, but they overwhelmed the amount of chicken salad - especially compared to past years.

I have ordered from Arby's several dozen times. The food is good, and the orders are fulfilled accurately, but prices are high compared to other fast food restaurants. Furthermore, there are very few special deals or promotions at any time. I have tried the Arby's mobile app, but it doesn't really have anything interesting going on; it is basically just a list of menu items. Arby's will have to up its game if it wishes to compete with other companies that deliver a better value.

They only filled the box with potato fries halfway though we PAYED for a full box.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, your commercials are showing food handlers preparing and cutting sandwiches without wearing sanitary gloves! If you're going to do a good sell commercial, please show food handlers wearing sanitary gloves, , , thank you!

I’m giving them 3 stars because I took the survey and rated them as overall dissatisfied with the Mall of GA location. Arby’s headquarters actually called me back to rectify my bad experience. I was not expecting that. It seems after reading Arby’s reviews on this website, their customer service at many of their locations across the nation has become lackadaisical. I really love Arby’s because their menu has better “healthy” choices when eating at a fast food place. Thanks to the very nice lady at headquarters, I will give them another try. I just hope their rude employees don’t disappoint me again.
