Ordered the Classic Cheesesteak. Would have been decent if there was enough meat on it. I'm talking you can barely find it let alone taste it. It was like eating a gooey cheese sandwich with garlic aoli and a hint of meat.

I ordered a large drink with my roast beef sandwich and received a medium for the price of a large. I asked the employee and he said Arby's is trying to be like McDonald's. It will be the last ime I patronize Arby's. I did not even get a napkin I guess because I used the drive-thru. Used to like Arby's service and food, but no more.

Food was awesome... Better than I remember Arby's to be... What was NOT AWESOME was the order online through the app. I ordered and paid and was expecting to drive over and pick up my food... Not gonna happen .. whoever was in charge of looking at the app orders had no idea an order was even placed ... So they had to make my order once they figured it out .. I ordered another 2 sandwiches while waiting and that order came up before the online order I had placed 30 minutes prior. The cashier was like 16 years old and was paying more attention to her fake multicolored braids the guys in line were complimenting her on then checking on my overdue order.. I know it's just fast food ..but you gotta have someone in charge who actually cares about customers and not the compliments the boys in line are paying her. This was the Arby's in Port Richey Florida at 110th st and US 19.

Had the crispy fish & it was cold..had to Waite for fresh fries , they mixed them in with the old got mostly old fries ,what ever happen to fresh food.Just because you use drive through they figure they can give you junk

Had the wagyu burger,won't have to order that again.

I ordered the new Prime Rib sub Sandwich and it didn't look anything like the commercial. Tasty but not much to it.

This place is awful. The first time I ordered roast beef, to me I'd rather eat spam in a can.The second time my brisket sandwich 🥪 had about 2 pieces of meat, my prime rib cheese sandwich had a few pieces of shredded meat no peppers on a roll, cause they ran out of subs. horrible. Then I went back to try a Gyro, They ran out ! The only reason I gave Arby's 2 stars is because of the 1 worker I saw trying to do everything.

The service wasn't good. I ordered the new prime rib sandwich and it was given to me cold so cold it could be felt theu the box. Cheese wasn't melted vegetables was flavorless. When I took it back one of the servers was acting as if they didn't care On a positive note the manager did give me 6pc nuggets for free. The Prime Rib Sandwich SUCKS. JUST remnant pieces of meat and not real prime ribs slices
