36th and Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, California. At this Arby’s, the employees seem to find a way to screw up orders and when I notify the cashier, she carries on with NO professionalism. Either they charge you for something you don’t receive or you’re getting somebody else’s order.

I like Arby’s a lot but when every single store I go to takes a digital coupon off of my phone even though I have the paper coupon in my car they never asked me for the paper coupon but the Smyrna Arby’s at 489 Sam Ridley Parkway restaurant number 07626 the employee Esmeralda rang me up and the manager apparently thinks that she Hass to have the coupon or she’s not giving me the deal. It’s the two for five chicken bacon Swiss deal.I said every other Arby’s doesn’t ask me for the paper coupon they look at my coupon on my phone. She said no we have to have it or we can’t bring it up. So I search for it and then she said well I’ll do it this time but next time you have to have it. So she made me feel bad about it and I will never return to her store. Way to lose a customer

I have noticed this Arby's was getting worse, but now they are "name calling". When I was placing my order, I was told I looked like a certain person that has been associated with racist's and this was the name he put in the register for me. He even asked one of his associates if I looked like the racist's. If it wasn't for my wife being with me I would have told him what I thought. I will never go there again and you shouldn't either. This is the only way they will understand they shouldn't do this to customers.

Just found out you no longer have the pizza sliders. Used to eat here all the time now I can not longer eat here at all thanks so much

I went to the Arby’s inside the pilot gas station in Satsuma Alabama. My mom and i first went through the drive through and asked if they had a chicken tender meal, his answer was “yes it is number 8 on the menu” and my Mom said “okay, what is the count options i can’t see the menu it’s too far away” and he said “look on the menu” my mom then with an attitude said “i can’t see the menu, it’s too far away” and we were then given a different person to take our order. After our order was taken we were met at the window by the same incredibly rude man. i believe his name tag said “Mr. T” He was very impatient and snappy with us, so we drove away as fast as possible to keep from causing trouble. After going all the way back home I realized that my portion of the order was wrong, and missing. I drove all the way back to the Arby’s with my receipt and asked for my 2 ham sliders, that were replaced with roast beef sliders, snd my medium curly fry that was completely missing. The same rude man met me at the counter with the same attitude as before. He then informed me that they don’t serve ham sliders anymore and offered me a different kind. He made my fries with his back deliberately turned towards me, so i strongly believe my fries were spit in. The laughter as he made them makes me feel this way. I will not ever be spending my hard earned money here EVER again. Especially not to receive this kind of AWFUL service.

Bryant, Arkansas. Waited about ten minutes at the drive thru to place an order. Was waiting so long the people behind us started honking. When the guy finally comes on and start placing my order and we had to start over a couple times. Then he starts telling me I can't have a large fries with a Beef N Cheddar meal. I said just make it a sandwich and fries and I proceeded with my order then he comes back again and tells me I can't have a large fries. I said I just want a large fries what's so hard? and then this female comes on yelling "CAN I HELP YOU!" I said "well, I been trying to place an order for ten minutes and then she yells "FIRST THING IS YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE THE ATTITUDE." I simply drove away and took my money elsewhere. You lost about a $40 order because you have untrained and rude people working there Well, I was very calm the entire time talking to the untrained person taking my order and was no where near having an attitude. My ten year old daughter was in the van and there's no way I would have talked rude to anyone in front any child and she was shocked when the female started yelling at me. The female yelling at me was completely out of line. She didn't hear the conversation or if she did she's completely wrong. Train your people. I was being completely patient with the guy but he's obviously not trained.

Just found out today they discontinued loaded curly fries, so I will discontinue eating there and go somewhere else
